세방울산부두운영(주)는 울산항만공사가 시행한 울산항 6(4·5)·7·8(1)부두 부두운영사(TOC) 공개모집에서 모기업 세방(주)가 사업자로 선정되어 설립된 부두운영 전문기업입니다.
세방㈜가 1965년부터 쌓아온 항만하역과 중량물 운송의 경험, 그리고 전국을 잇는 물류 네트워크를 바탕으로 울산항의 벌크 화물을 책임지게 되었습니다.
저희는 세 가지를 약속드립니다.
첫째, 안전입니다.
안전 전담 조직과 자체안전관리계획으로 무재해 부두를 만들겠습니다.

Sebang Ulsan Port Terminal Co., Ltd. was established after our parent company, Sebang Co., Ltd., was selected as the terminal operating company (TOC) for Ulsan Port Berths 6 (No. 4·5), 7 and 8 (No. 1) in the public tender held by the Ulsan Port Authority.
Building on the port stevedoring and heavy-lift experience Sebang Co., Ltd. has accumulated since 1965, and on its nationwide logistics network, we now take responsibility for bulk cargo at Ulsan Port.
We make three commitments.
First, safety.
A dedicated safety organisation and our own safety management plan to keep the terminal accident-free.
Second, trust.
Transparent and consistent standards from berth allocation to settlement.
Third, investment.
Continued investment in handling equipment, storage and safety facilities that raise the productivity our customers experience.

Coils, slabs, plates, tubes and pipes - handled with dedicated lifting gear to prevent damage.

안전은 부두 운영의 첫 번째 기준입니다.
「항만안전특별법」·「산업안전보건법」에 따른 자체안전관리계획을 수립·이행하고, 안전팀이 현장을 관리합니다.
Safety is the first criterion of terminal operation.
We implement our own safety management plan under the Port Safety Special Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, with a dedicated safety team on site.

보관·야적
46,073㎡ 야적장 5개 구역을 화물 특성에 맞게 구획 운영하고, 실내 보관이 필요한 화물을 위한 창고(텐트하우스)를 계획하고 있습니다. 입출고 기록과 재고를 화주에게 투명하게 제공합니다.
Five yard zones totalling 46,073㎡ are operated by cargo type, with a covered shed planned for cargo requiring indoor storage. Receipt, dispatch and inventory records are shared transparently with shippers.

하역요금은 「항만운송사업법」에 따라 신고된 요율을 적용합니다. 화종·작업 방식·물량에 따라 요율이 달라지므로 견적을 문의해 주십시오.
Stevedoring charges follow the tariff filed under the Harbour Transport Business Act. Rates vary by cargo, handling method and volume - please request a quotation.
